SUGAR------------- 125G, 1/2 CUP
FILLING
WHIPPED CREAM------------ 300 G
STRAWBERRIES------------ 300 G
SUGAR-------------- 100 G
NUTS-------------- 125 G
Method
Grease a deep 20 cm round cake pan line base with baking or greas proof paper lightly grease paper.
Beat eggs and sugar in small bowl with electric mixer until thick and creamy fold in flour pour mixture into prepared pan bake in oven for about 30 minutes.
When sponge is cold cut in half place half the sponge on serving plate spread with
cream put chopped strawberry chopped top with remaining cake spread cream over cake decorate with strawberries glace with jelly, pipe rosettes of cream around the top edge of the cake coat the side with nuts.
